-I'm playing R2 right now and it's epic and the graphics are really good, specially the water(it doesn't react like real water but still looks good)!!! this game is highly recommended!!!! the campaign is awesome and the co-op is insane! the competitive is even better then one from R1.
R2 is so addicted that i have been playing it since this morning. almost 12 hours straight and running. ;-)
because only the first two pics are from the campaign the rest are from the 8p co-op.

a fanboy is a fanboy, there are no different kinds of fanboys as the author's implying dividing every group by their console preferences. if he's going to talk about fanboys he should talk about them in general, not dividing them in groups to then bash one group more than the other because this only makes things worse.

you should read the Resistance 2 Variety review. the guy compares everything about the game with halo. he even says says that some art in R2 looks like crappy leftovers from "Halo". the art of both game is so different that i don't know where he sees the similarities.

it sounds like a very fanboyims comment but everything he says has weight.
this happens too with mirror's edge. the predominant color on that game is white so you go to the settings and bring down the brightness a little and that improves the contrast and makes the game look better.
LCD don't do good whites nor good blacks thanks to the back-light. when somethig it's too bright you bring down the brightness and everything it's going to look better but then the dark scenes are going to loose detail, but if you bring up the brightness for the dark scenes...
